Did you get it today Neawana? I hope you're happy with it. :D

I'm not quite sure if I want the anniversary edition. I don't have the books in English yet, and I want them all to match. You never know if they will change the look for all the other books once they have their anniversaries. I also prefer hardcover, but there is something about the Gryffindor hardcover that I don't like (can't really put my finger on it). I do like the look of the bright red paperback, but then I don't like paperbacks.

Yes, my book came in today and it was a paperback. I'm not disappointed though. As a fan, I just wanted the book. But I think I will order the hardcover edition too. I thought about it and decided that I would like to have the book in hardcover too. I'll have to find another link to order it and make sure it's a hardcover.

I loved my Gryff hardcover :) The discussion starts today a 4pm for those of us in the UK so we will see how well it goes on Twitter.

I've just ordered mine with the Gryff cover (I also ordered the Hufflepuff cover for Mr Covlolly and the cubs)

So this started about 15 minutes ago. The first question was "Is the wizarding world secretive as it likes to believe?

Update: 2nd question. The Dursleys are "perfectly normal", but why is this so important to them?

Reamber to post your answers here.

Question 2... The Dursleys are "perfectly normal", but why is this so important to them? Why do you think the Dursleys are so afraid of magic?

Actually good comments on Twitter. Petunia was always overshadowed by her magical sister. Perhaps Petunia always wanted that Hogwarts letter and grew to hate magic as a result.

Fear of the unknown too? Mr Dursley seems to fear it as he doesn't understand it.

Question 3 was... What makes Hagrid so trustworthy?

My favourite answer was River's, that he isn't smart enough to tell a convincing lie. :P
(Notice that was on your account River not the PFF one. )

Actually surprised that there were some quite sensible comments on there.

Are we continuing the discussion on here now?
