All of us here at PFF happen to be startlingly beautiful. But some of us are still a little out of shape. We could exercise. ...We should exercise. But.. agh... motivation... working out... Maybe it's cold today, or you would go but you're just so tired today and this awesome show is on and now it's kind of late and you did just eat that cake, so you'll have to wait half an hour now at least and by then, well... Maybe you'll go tomorrow? Or... Next week? Next week, definitely. I mean, it's the weekend now, so...

NO. Your friends here at PFF will be your coach! We will kick your butt when you're making excuses, and provide encouragement when you're feeling low. You will not give up and get lazy this time! You can do it; PFF Super Awesome Fit Camp Go! can help!

Post your goals, you dreams, your plans, your success stories, suggest exercises or fun activities or ways to motivate yourself... Whatever makes it work for you!

(We could even keep track of progress here in the first post, although that might be too much pressure. What do you guys think? If you have any other suggestions, let me know!)

Motivation Techniques
Buy yourself somethign nice! A fancy dress, or a bikini, something you really really love... And get it one size down. Hang it in your room!
Tell us your goals! Research shows that just telling someone about your goals makes you more likely to work towards them. Other people will hold you accountable!
Take pictures every couple of weeks! Weight loss is slow. Visual proof is a much easier way to track your progress!
Commit to something, like a Halloween costume that will look better if you're nice and trim!

Recipes
-AppleChai's delicious Blueberry Muffins
-Smoothies! Frozen fruit and half a cup skim milk or some kind of delicious no-sugar-added juice! (I have also used champagne, but alcohol leads to insulin resistance which makes you the opposite of fit).

im definatly in. Ive always been pretty overwieght and i lost 80 pounds in highschool but because of my pregnancy and depression and anxiety i gained a lot back. Id like to lose around 100 pounds. i want to be thick not skinny i dont like skinny. I am horrible with motivation and i would love to join in! i wish we could have like an exercise class online lol.

Haha, well, it would be considerably harder to organize, but we could. xD We could all find some workouts and commit to doing one each week or month or something? There are lots of ways we could do it! Unfortunately, making this topic was about as close as I got to fitness today (I had a healthy dinner, though! Which I followed with strawberry shortcake. >>; Oops?). But I am determined to make it to the gym this weekend. xD I also found this workout here that I really like; I hate Dr. Oz, but this is actually almost fun, and a good stretch in the mornings. And this thing is helpful, too, to find easy things you can do at home that target different areas. The problem is actually doing those things, of course, rather than reading about them... My goal is like 15 pounds. Or several inches, really (still need to find that measuring tape...), but of course I don't expect that to happen by the end of summer... Maybe if I work out like every day?? Bleh.

I'm at least going to try to walk the dog every day. She needs it, too!

I don't want to lose weight but I do want to get fitter and more toned so if that counts I'm in too :D I have recently bought the Step up 3 dance workout and havent got round to doing it yet :roll: oh motivation you are not my best friend...

Maybe I'll join, just to get fitter, I can't really lose weight at my age, XD. Especially with the holidays about I need something to motivate me do I am not sitting in that dark corner with the blinds down watches that bright screen. :lol: I will commit myself I something, hopefully preventing any laziness...

Count me in Hal! I'm not planning on losing any weight, but I'd like to make this summer as active as possible <3 Today I rode my bike for an hour, went shopping (that doesn't count though xP), and I'm about to go swimming.

Psh, shopping is exercise! you have to carry all those bags around, and you have to do all that walking!

I'm not going for weight loss either haha. I need to strengthen my core
