All of us here at PFF happen to be startlingly beautiful. But some of us are still a little out of shape. We could exercise. ...We should exercise. But.. agh... motivation... working out... Maybe it's cold today, or you would go but you're just so tired today and this awesome show is on and now it's kind of late and you did just eat that cake, so you'll have to wait half an hour now at least and by then, well... Maybe you'll go tomorrow? Or... Next week? Next week, definitely. I mean, it's the weekend now, so...

Motivation Techniques
Buy yourself somethign nice! A fancy dress, or a bikini, something you really really love... And get it one size down. Hang it in your room!
Tell us your goals! Research shows that just telling someone about your goals makes you more likely to work towards them. Other people will hold you accountable!
Take pictures every couple of weeks! Weight loss is slow. Visual proof is a much easier way to track your progress!
Commit to something, like a Halloween costume that will look better if you're nice and trim!

-Smoothies! Frozen fruit and half a cup skim milk or some kind of delicious no-sugar-added juice! (I have also used champagne, but alcohol leads to insulin resistance which makes you the opposite of fit).
