Poems by Georgia

Postby Riddle7052 » March 12th, 2013, 4:44 pm

So here are a couple Harry Potter poems that i've written. Hope you like them

Summary: Does Mrs. Granger remember Hermione in any way? Is there a subconscious memory in the back of her mind?

Lost
Something is missing.
Something’s forgotten.
I cannot remember.
It’s very important,
I know that for sure.
But what it was,
I cannot recall

An enormous part of my life is missing.
Where it went,
I do not know.
What it was,
I am no tsure.
They say what you lose comes back one day.
I will wait for it.
I want to know,
What it is,
And where it went.

I well keep watching.
I will keep waiting.
It will come back,
I know it will.

And here is another poem.

Summary: Harry reflects on what the Wizarding War cost, and whether it was worth it.

It All Ended

The sun rises and it sets.
Flowers bloom, and then they die.
The world keeps going,
But it has passed him by.

Nothing matters anymore;
So many have been lost.
This should not have been;
Everything has a cost.

The price for peace was higher,
Than what they first had thought.
It had come at last;
Everyone had fought.

Some for light; others for dark.
In the end, only one
Had the true power
And he brought back the sun.

It shines bright, lighting the world.
At long last, darkness has fled.
Still it lingers on,
But only in his head.

Got another poem. This one is about how Harry feels about the Horcruxes.

Empty Shells

They speak to him,
And whisper things he’d rather not hear.
He can sense them,
And he knows when they are getting near.

They’re a part of him
And will be, until they day they die.
It was not his choice,
But at least the end is getting nigh.

Each time one dies,
The pain they feel also is his own.
They scream at him,
The sound chills him to the very bones.

They invade his soul,
Trying, it seems, to tear it into pieces.
He pushes them out,
They resist, as they are a strong species.

They are shattered,
Broken; seemingly worth nothing.
Their value gone,
They’re just shell, void of all feeling.

He is free from them,
No more whispers, or pain filling his mind.
Blissfully blank.
There’s no remains that he can find.

So, I have a new poem! Hope you guys like it.

Summary: this is Hermione and her time turner selves

Time Intertwined

I am her,
And she is me.
Together we are one-
Identical,
One being,
Mirror-like reflection.

I have never seen her.
She doesn't know
That I exist.
To her, I'm just
A buried thought,
Meant to be ignored.

Somewhere,
Just wandering,
There are more of us.
Only I know
That they exist.
They are oblivious.

I am their queen,
Commanding them.
At my beck and call.
Yet they are free
To run,
To breathe,
To laugh-

Until took out comma
Their hour passes
And they are gone
Like the wind,
Gone
Forever.

I am them,
And they are me,
Parts of the real Hermione.
Their thoughts are mine,
And mine are theirs,
Inexicably intertwined.

They are interesting. You explore things I've never thought about the characters. My favorite is the first one, I really felt sad for Hermione' parents.
