I don't think that I do, really. But since I don't work I might go down to my sister's house and do fireworks with my nephews. : D

That sounds wonderful Tim :)

I didn't know you hail from Belfast. That's really cool, btw. Someday I hope to visit Ireland. To put places with family stories.

I have some plans for this weekend, Jag. I'm helping with my community's July Forth get together. I'm going to help judge the watermelon eating contest, man a booth and help over see the fireworks display. Then lay some flowers down for my dad.

How about you Jag? Anything big this weekend for you?

That sounds nice Tim. :D I like fireworks over the water.

Dia are you allowed to have personal big fireworks where you live? In my hometown we are only allowed to have sparklers.

Little_Tee it sounds like you are going to have a nice 4th of July. I love watermelon. I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my Dad too.

I'm going to watch the fireworks in NYC.

Do you have plans Jag?

Hermione lucky you! I'm sure the fireworks there will be all out.

By the way Tee, what places were you wanting to visit?

Don't really have any plans for a party. If it doesn't rain, I plan on cooking lunch and dinner on the grill. And I don't have to travel far to see fireworks either. I can sit in front of the firepit in the backyard and watch the neighborhood set a bunch of them off.

I'm from Delaware, USA (less than one mile from the Atlantic Ocean)! I haven't gone through this whole thread yet to see if anyone is nearby, but I'll try later on.

So, just got back from England (D: can I go back? )

Anyway, as if I'm not exhausted from that as it is, I've got plans to be in DC tonight... aaaand the Pope is in town. The metro is going to be so awful. Why couldn't he have gone to NYC, or Philadelphia first? Why's he gotta be here, today, when I need to be in the city?

Lindsay, I keep forgetting that you're just down the highway a couple hours from me! Though, must admit, I've not been to Delaware all too often. I usually stop at the Eastern Shore in MD, and then turn round back home. :D Have you lived in DE all your life?

I hope the metro wasn't that bad Dani!

Thanksgiving is coming up this Thursday! I can't believe it already here. Seems like 2015 just started! So does anyone have any plans?

It does seem like the year just started! Crazy how fast time goes.

We do, we are going over to my in-law's house on Thursday and on Saturday we will go over to my uncles house to celebrate with my family.

Since my oldest is in school and learning about the first Thanksgiving, he is telling us all about the Mayflower and their journey. It's really cute :)
