It's very likely that the right program just won't start for what ever reason.
Try clearing your browser's cache and try to go there again, this way you'll get a fresh version of the program. Hopefully, that's all it needs.

Help, I'm trapped!

I can't get past "The Potion Puzzle". The instructions that say "To solve the puzzle you must select the two correct potions" won't go away, so I can't click on the riddle or any of the potions. I tried refreshing my browser and emptying my cache, but nothing is working.

Hazelmoon, try to update your flash-player. The most common issue is outdated flash.
If that doesn't work, try switching browsers.

Actually... unless those instructions are on a purple banner, they're not supposed to go away. They'll be there unless you pick one potion, at which time they'll turn into "now pick a second potion" (if I recall correctly). You should just be able to click on the riddle and the potions. So if you can't, updating your flas and emptying your cache. Maybe restart your browser/computer.
