Help In Ollivanders!

Heya anyone have any help for me? I'm stuck in Ollivander's shop trying to buy my wand. I complete the quiz thing and then the scroll with "If you're happy that these answers are true, I can now reveal your perfect wand. If not, please answer again" pops up but from there I can't seem to move forward and get my wand. The only button on the scroll is the start again button but nothing to let me go through and buy my wand like. I've tried refreshing the page, changing the answers in the quiz, clicking everything in sight and god only knows what else at this stage. I can do the quiz as many times as i want apparently but I'm never getting that wand. So much for Hogwarts.

I had trouble with that page, I clicked "start again" because I didn't read it properly and thought it was the move forward button :p

There is something else you can click to get your wand, but I can't remember it now. Have you tried moving your cursor around the text and seeing when it turns into a hand?

Haha yeah I did that too. I've moved my mouse over everything but the mouse changes to a hand in places that are no help like the start again button and that silver menu thingy at the top of the page. I emailed help and they just told me that I need to have my chrome and flash player up to date with javascript and cookies enabled. All of which I already have.

Ah hang on it has randomly started working. The button to let me go through has finally popped up all by itself.....it's only taken me 8 times to do the quiz for it to work. I think i'm being trolled by PM. Thanks anyway for your help @Scarlet!

FlameStorm: Make really sure your Flash is up to date. If Flash is up to date, try another browser. If that still doesn't work, try another computer. A friend of mine had your problem as well and switching to Internet Explorer (strangely enough; usually Firefox works better but alas) did the trick for him.

If those don't work, you should contact Pottermore with your problem. But most likely one of these solutions will help you

Thanks for trying Rhynn. I have up to date Flash, and I've been using Explorer, and I just downloaded Firefox and tried it, and it's still doing the same thing. I'll get on Pottermore's case now.

I've been having the same issue - how do you contact pottermore? The feedback button just gives a general impression of the page I'm on, not the actual issue, and I can't seems to find another button.

I've tried Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Opera, and I've got the most up-to-date flash installed. I still can't click the "next question" button (or is it the finish button?) when I get to "Was the day on which you were born..." question, though I have clicked on an option.

Thanks for the help - it seems that I had to download chrome to make the site work properly....which is odd, but if it works, i'm not going to complain.
