My favorite of all webcomics is Freakangels by Warren Ellis. It is definitely for mature audiences. It's steampunky and supernatural in nature and has pretty fab artwork. Bonus: it was completed a couple years ago, so you don't have to wait between episodes like I did (it was very difficult, believe me).

WARNING: This webcomic contains violence, sexual content, and adult language.
